Challenge:
The client's regular service provider had difficulty transitioning artwork from their Mac to the client's PC. My challenge was to build a file that worked on both computers.

Solution:
Unfortunately things do not always go as planned. My solution was to deliver duplicate files for the Mac and PC. This is harder than it might seem, indeed there are differences in fontsize and spacing to achieve a smimilar result. I created a table listing file names, font size, letterspacing for the PC and Mac and the font if different.
There is a way using ActionScript to create a file that is fully compatible between PC's and Macs. The catch is that the client was not willing to pay for it this time.
