Challenge:
Demand for more control and features moved the site from our introductory registration product called, MeetingHQ to our Custom Template which allows for greater options in registration. True of many companies and AT&T, branding compliance is a high requirement. This site went through a series of changes to meet with the requirements of an appreciative but demanding client.

Mock-up of Hotel Gizmo
Solution:
In the early design process, I leveraged current designs from customer web sites for AT&T. However, becasue of the SBC and AT&T merger, and an evolving brand, I had to quickly adapt and comply with changes in the brand as designed by Fleishman Hilliard. They were great to work with and supplied support and ready explanation to their specifications as needed.
The hotel gizmo was a late add. Our client wanted a way to show location, OnSite registration and restricted smoking for some 35 hotels at the airport and downtown locations around San Antonio. Above is a static mock-up of the design idea. Below is a working solution which I was able to go from mock up to functional in just one day.
The final code was delivered in three days. This Flash-based gizmo navigation uses a modularized class-based OOP framework in ActionScript 2. It worked brilliantly.
